Manish Lakhotia and Armaan Kochhar Wins Day 7 Of APT Series 2021

Day 7 of the Asian Poker Tour Online Series India was played out last night. Let’s check out who all made it big last night and earned big payouts after an intense Day 7!

APT#31 DST 4 LAC GTD

Day 7 started off with a DST 4 Lakhs GTD event for a buy-in of INR 1,100. The tournament received a total of 360 entries (188 entries+172 re-entries), creating a total prize pool of INR 4,00,000, an overlay of INR 40,000, 45 places paid with a min. cash of INR 2,240. Raksha ‘rakshajindal’ Agarwal won his first APT title and shipped the event after beating Ashit ‘nexus010’ Sharma who finished the event in second place. Raksha Agarwal earned himself a payout of INR 84,000 for shipping the event while ‘nexus010’ earned INR 58,880 for second place!

APT#32 Turbo 7 LAC GTD

The second event of APT Day 7 played out last night was the Turbo 7 Lakhs GTD event. The tournament received a total of 417 entries (246 entries+171 re-entries) creating a prize pool of INR 7,00,000, an overlay of INR 74,500! This resulted in 54 places being paid with a min. cash of INR 3,220. Parth ‘VINAY7690’ Aggarwal also earned his first APT title! He shipped this massive event by beating ‘anky1824’ in the final heads-up. ‘VINAY7690’ earned himself INR 1,40,700 for shipping the event while ‘anky1824’ had to settle for INR 98,630!

APT#33 Championship Event 40 LAC GTD

The third event of APT Day 7 the massive Championship Event 40 Lakhs GTD event. The tournament received a total of 275 entries (161 entries+114 re-entries) creating a prize pool of INR 26,45,000! This resulted in 36 places being paid with a min. cash of INR 37,400. Manish ‘Thekid’ Lakhotia shipped the massive event by beating Shardul ‘duuuurrrr’ Parthasarathi in the final heads-up. ‘Thekid’ took a commanding lead before the heads-up began. Up nearly 7:1, the final hand quickly arrived with 7♦ 7♣ victorious over K♣ 10♣. Manish ‘Thekid’ Lakhotia earned himself a trophy, a ring as well as a massive payout of INR 12,14,950! ‘duuuurrrr’ earned the second place payout of INR 8,52,500!

APT#29 Main Event 2CR GTD Day 1B

The 2 Crores GTD Main Event is finally underway at PokerBaazi! This event was the main attraction of Day 7 of the Asian Poker Tour as well. The featured tournament of the day received a total of 365 entries at a buy-in of INR 11,000! A total of 46 survivors were able to make it to level 27 and earned their places in the Day2 of the Main Event! Armaan ‘armaan007’ Kochhar took the chip lead from Day1B into Day2 of the Main Event with a massive stack of 2.93L chips, followed by Abhishek ‘sharktops’ Jaiswal who finished second in chips with a stack of 2.7L chips.

APT#35 PKO 5 LAC GTD

The final event of Day 7 of the series was the PKO 5 Lakhs GTD event for a buy-in of INR 2200, the tournament received a total of 378 entries, creating a total prize pool of INR 5,67,000! With 45 places paid and a min. cash of INR 3,175, Deepak ‘3streakbluff’ Singh beat Mahesh ‘mahikalra’ S in the final heads-up to ship the event. Deepak Singh earned the first place payout of INR 1,19,070 while ‘akshayp’ earned INR 83,349 for second place! We’re on Day 8 of the Asian Poker Tour 2021 powered by PokerBaazi.
