As a result of the partnership, Greentube has launched its games range with the operator. Game World has integrated content from the major developer and supplier via ORYX Gaming’s iGaming platform.
The Romanian operator and its players now have access to classic NOVOMATIC titles such as Lucky Lady’s Charm deluxe, Sizzling Hot deluxe, and Book of Ra deluxe as well as recent releases Romeo and Juliet – Sealed with a Kiss and Diamond Link: Mighty Elephant.
The roll-out of content with Game World is part of Greentube’s existing alliance with Stanleybet, which runs the Game World Group brands in the regulated Romanian market.
Game World has been operating land-based casinos across Romania since 1999. The company manages the Eastern European country’s largest gambling hall, Game World Bucharest Mall in the capital Bucharest.
The property’s patrons are already familiar with NOVOMATIC’s classics for land-based gambling venues.
Going from Strength to Strength
Commenting on their expansion in Romania and recent launch with Game World’s digital operations, Greentube CFO/CGO Michael Bauer said that the Romanian market has been going from strength to strength for his company and that their content has proved very popular with “a wide demographic of local players.”
Mr. Bauer added that they are thrilled to now be live with one more “well-established local brand” and that they look forward to working together with Game World and provide the latter’s players with “an exciting and thrilling gaming experience.”
Attila Török, Strategy Director at Game World, commented that Greentube has a “fantastic games portfolio” that offers a combination of strong land-based titles their players “have a great affinity to” and the latest online releases which boast innovative features and excited gameplay. The Game World official also pointed out that Greentube’s content will be a valuable addition to their existing offering.
A Series of Romanian Partnerships
Greentube has been actively pursuing expansion in Romania, particularly in recent weeks as it has gone live with three locally licensed operators, including Game World.
Late last month, the company announced that it has teamed up with Baumbet to supply its content to the major Romanian gambling operator. The deal saw Greentube further cement itself in Romania, while helping Baumbet in its effort to establish its relatively new iGaming operation claim a larger share in the local digital gambling space.
Earlier in June, Greentube extended an existing partnership with Serbia-headquartered operator Mozzartbet to launch its content with the latter company’s Romanian operation. Greentube’s gaming titles have been live with Mozzartbet in Serbia and Croatia for some time now.
